New model Super Blk Hawk, ss, 44 Mag, 10.5" Barrel, made in 1984 about 300 rounds through it, Burris 2x scope on it, also ss color. I live where there are no deer to take with it, so it is time to get it out of the safe and say goodbye. 400 rounds of ammo, mostly hollow pt with it. I know what they cost new but this one has CHARACTOR & IS A PROVEN DEER HITTER.
OK GUYS WHAT IS IT WORTH ON THE OPEN MARKET :?:

Whatever you can get for it.

boy, if i got rid of all my guns i didnt shoot deer with then i wouldnt have any guns.

kinda hard to say since even the 7.5s arnt very hot sellers around here so i dont know that you will get a market price for it. i would shoot for 400ish

Well, if you're not shooting it, sell it to get something you will shoot!

I don't know about the value of the scope, but look it up online, divide that price by 2 or 3 and add that to 400 or 450, depending on how nice your gun is. If it still has the iron sights, i don't think $450 is an unreasonable starting point. So, maybe an asking price of $500 or $550. It just depends on how badly you want to sell it. If it's just sitting around, be patient and don't take some low-ball offer from a gun shop(which i would expect to be $250-300.)
