P90 magazine release

I'm just getting around to shooting a P90DC that I bought long ago. I shoot left handed, and my second finger seems to fit close to the magazine release and drops the magazine on occasion. I am able to modify my grip to solve the problem, but then am an even worse shot. Anybody modify the release to put it on the other side, or have a different solution? Maybe changing to the P95 trigger?

I think the way the spring is you can't move to left release but you could grind the button down a bit to make it fit you finger a little more.

Welcome to the right-handed world of shooting. :x I haven't experienced that problem with my P90, but handling a Glock was sufficient to take it off my want list.

I can't understand this sort of lefty-unfriendly setup. Doesn't LEO shooing training include weak-hand shooting? This never causes them any problems?
