p345 mods?

I just bought this yesterday. Haven't even got to shoot it yet.
I see the Trijicon night sights listed on Rugers website, but was wondering if there are any others that fit.
Also,not that I think that the trigger is really bad or anything, but is there any "easy" way to improve it?
I plan to do the wolf spring upgrade, so I know about that.
I have a P64 that I did the spring upgrade on. I replaced the firing pin spring and had a heck of a time getting the safety detent spring back in upon reassembly.... one of those "need three hands" things.
Anyway, guess I'm asking if it would be hard to remove stuff to polish/stone etc.
Kind of a noobie question, I know.
Any advice?

My advise is to do the one and only thing I've ever done with my Rugers; go shoot it!

Ok, thanks for the replies.
Looks like not a lot of upgrades available for this.
Just shoot it sounds good enough.
Has anyone tried the Houge handalls?
One thing, though. Md, you mentioned Meprolites.
Every time I go to their website and click on "civilian market or US market", I keep getting the "Page not found" page!!
I have tried many times prior to today, with the same results. WTF am I doing wrong??

If you want Meprolights check www.midwayusa.com I would wager they have them for the P-345.
