My P226 was a birthday gift from my Son, about 12 years ago. Lately it's been looking a little tired. The frame is fine, but the finish was getting pretty thin (Read . . . missing), on the slide, so I checked into refinishing, & found a place right here in Pa. that does what I had in mind. I had decided I wanted a Brushed Hard Chrome finish on the slide. This guys work exceeded my expectations ! The job is super well done, & I love the looks of the two-tone!!
So I thought he deserved a little plug !!

The man tells me that this finish will outlast me & my Son, to be handed down to my Grandson.

The first time I shot one 14 years ago, it belonged to my Son. He is a Virginia Police Sergeant, & that was their duty weapon then. (Now it's a Sig .40S&W) I knew immediately, "I had to have one"!! But I never expected to be given one as a gift !!! I have had several nice Semi's, including S&W's, Glocks, Colt, Ruger, Springfield, & Browning. Of all those I have the Rugers, the Springfield 1911, & best of the whole bunch, the Sig P226. Sigs are absolutely outstanding, & you'll never regret owning one !!!!!!!!!!!
