I have been enjoying your photos ever since you began posting them without commenting , but this photo compels me to Congratulate you on your photography skills and Thank You for sharing your outings. After studying this particular photo I see what looks to be the shadows of the Primaries just under the base of the wing and coming down the side of the breast. Is that shadows are the actual coloring of the breast feathers?
