I found one a guy is willing to sell me and wanted to know the value of it? It looks to be excellent condition all original so any help on its value is appreciated.

$300-$400, depending on EXACT condition.
What color are the hinges and latches? Brass color is most common,
but a few have silver colored latches.
Any paper work included?
