Had this stainless jewel for a few years. Shot once before becoming mine. I shot a full cylinder and cleaned it well and put it in the gun safe unloaded. Following the manual I am unable to get the cylinder pin/rod to come out. It's not dirty but I want to clean it. I have factory manual and have soaked it with CLP with out any progress.
Could any of you good folk walk me through in plain English how to take it apart? I've done it several times in the past but cannot do it now, starting to get P.O.
Thanks, Rick

Step one, turn the crosspin one half turn clockwise.
Half cock the gun and turn the cylinder so the ram will hit between chambers.
You can now use the lever, pushing the ram against the front of the cylinder, to remove the cylinder pin.
Use gentle pressure, DO NOT force it.

Got it and tried it but something didn't work. Soaked it with CLP and it finally released.
Don't know what but there was some minor rustling/pitting under the rod. I have no idea what it could be but now taken apart and soaking I'll work on it this week. What in the world could seize a stainless revolver.
