My latest acquisition. S&W mod 58 , nickel finish 41 Magnum. Made in 1966. Grips not original but it feels good in my hand.

I remember when gun shops couldn't give model 58s away. "hard to find, expensive ammo, no adjustable sights, etc.." I've seen them lay in a display case marked $150 and could have been bought for less with no takers. Try to find one now...
Nice . 41, BTW.
I know my husband echoes that sentiment! He wishes he had picked one up. He tells the same was often true with the S&W 38/44 revolvers. Who wants a big, heavy N Frame .38 Special? So people passed on them and now the prices people as and get for them...

Sweet! What's not to like about an N-frame Smith with factory Target grips on it? ;)

I agree on ammo, I did find 1000 pieces of new brass at a gun show couple years ago. I also have a 9mm/41ae tangfolio but I dislike searching gor the brass.
