hi ruger fans,
just picked up a new model single six in 32mag. now looking fo a pair of grips which feel better than the stock ones. they could be wood or rubber, just something to hold on to the gun better. where can i find them. thanks...danruger

There's an almost endless amount of sources. From $ to $$$.

Check those made by our own here in the classifieds (sticky)

Welcome to the Forum!
First, pull off the grips and look at the gripframe. Look for letters & numbers, (XRN-3RED as an example.) That will help you identify the gripframe so you get a proper fitting pair.
Then, place a WTB ad in our classifieds, OR,,,, you can look into a set of fine customs from some of our gripmakers here.

hi contender,
yes i pulled the grips off, and xrn-3red, with a #7 on the frame.
thanks for the info......danruger

Heads up, there is a short XRN-3RED grip frame used on the H&R .32 Magnum Single Six. Is that the one you have? Here's part of what Gunblast.com has to say:

... Single-Six SSM .32 H&R Magnums. These frames are about ¼” shorter than the normal new model XRN-3RED.

Here's the link. You can scroll down to the photo and comment about the Short XRN-3RED grip frame. Wouldn't want you to spend your hard earned cash on the wrong size.

Those short frames are just XR3-RED's with the bottom quarter inch cut off below the grip locator pin. If you have a short frame it will measure approx 2 3/4" from top to bottom.

If it's approx 3", it's the regular XR3-RED.
