Just shot the SR40. I only had time to put 100 rounds through it (need to buy a few more mags).It exceeded my hopes. Fits right, conceals nice, better than hoped for trigger response (pull and reset). I only brought two 8" x 11" steel targets, so I can't say for sure yet that it will knock the center out of the paper targets, but it found the steel targets just fine at 15 and 20 yards. It will be nice to target shoot on paper and get an idea of group size. I have high expectations.

Fed flawlessly, recoiled minimally, fast target acquisition and recovery. Loading a new magazine was the only real work I was required to do. I'll see about posting a photo tomorrow. I left it at home. I know where there is one on a shelf if you really want one now. It really was a joy to shoot. When I conceal carry I do so with .40 cal. I'm so glad they came out with a new, concealable .40

i can't wait till they hit minnesota, i played with the sr9 &sr9c if this thing handles like the 9s i will buy one
