Looking for recommendations for wood grips and holsters for my blued 6.5 inch single six. Willing to invest good money for good quality. Thanks all.....be well....check six

Welcome to the Forum!
Rob at Simply Rugged is very good. Also, Mike Barranti makes some of the finest holsters I've ever seen.
As for grip panels,, we have a few VERY good grip makers here. caryc, pvt. shultz, 41 mag to name a few.

Thanks to all! I ordered two holsters(one for my duty glock), belt, and a mag holder from Simply Rugged yesterday. Will work on the grips this week.....be well

Today I bought a New Model Single Six Convertible, with wood grips, in the original box. It was in a local pawn shop, and I gave $295.00. Seems like a decent deal. The gun was in generally excellent shape, except for some paint wear on the trigger guard. I cant wait to shoot it!

I am interested in a holster for it, brown leather, left hand. Any suggestions?

Hogue has an outstanding selection of grips to fit your Single Six. I have a few on Single sixes and Black Hawks and they are excellent quality and are not expensive unless you really go crazy with the options.

El Paso Saddlery makes excellent holsters of the highest quality. The cost and wait are worth if if you want something that speaks with distinction. I had this one made, lined and with fishscale stamping and ranger belt to match, specifically for my Bisley SS but it looked nice for a photo op with this recently (and suprisingly cheaply!) acquired OM SS.

I too just picked up a blue 5.5" SS for a very good price. I've shot it twice and I am in love. It is so much fun to shoot, very accurate and beautiful to look at. I too am looking for grips, so thanks for the info.

I bought a brown leather Triple K for mine at SportsMans Warehouse. for 48 bucks. Let us know how you like the gun!
