New Shooting Range for Palm Beach County

They have started construction on the range and phase 1 should be finished 2016/17. The finished range will have facilities for rifle/handgun/shotgun/skeet/etc. The only thing that bothers me is the 'no blue sky' type design for the rifle and pistol ranges. I go outside to shoot and see the outside and not to be forced to look and shoot through a letterbox. Oh well guess this is the price of progress. Wouldn't want any of those evil lead bullets to get away. What do you think of this new range?
