I just purchased a new .45Blackhawh Bisley and when I got her home I noticed something that I wanted to share with the group. I noticed a small gap where the cylinder rides on the frame. I took it apart and it looks like the upper quarter of where the frame bushing interface is machined has too much metal removed. I had just shot 50 rounds and noticed no problems but wanted to get some second opinions. I have included some pictures that show the problem I am talking about.

Hopefully this is not a big deal but if you guys have a different opinion please let me know. This is a brand new gun and I have not seen this on my other revolvers.

Thanks

If that surface is not flat and fully surface machined it is caused by an improper fill when the frame was cast. Call Ruger and ask for a call slip. They probably will replace the gun for you.
Be polite and explain what you found and your concerns. They will make it good.
