I have had great results shooting a 325 gr. Missouri Bullets cast load with 8 gr. Unique in my Henry and Rossi R 92 lever rifles. I like the load when using a suppressor
on my Henry X 45 for quiet 1000 FPS out the 17 inch barrel. I have shot a few thru my Bisley NM Blackhawk which is also a 45 ACP convert so should be good to 23,000 psi. Question is does my Colt 45 325 gr. load fit within that pressure level. I got that load data from Lyman 49th T/C Contender Encore data and it is below max of 8.5 Unique BUT no listing of pressures. Shoots nice with the Bisley grip.

Tim from Buffalo Bore ammo says it's all in the diameter of your cylinder. The large frame higher pressure cylinder measures 1.73 (+/- .005) and the smaller lower pressure measures 1.680 (+/- .005). From the Buffalo Bore website. My New Model Blackhawk measures 1.725 with my reloading caliper. I measured it in the gun store when I bought it.
