Got a new Mini in Nov of 2012 (582 series) with the rear sight centered it would shoot 4 to 5 inches to the left at about 30 yds. I had to adjust the rear sight all the way to the right to get it to zero. Finally got around to contacting Ruger cust service, they emailed me a UPS shipping label and I sent the rifle off to them in New Hampshire. They received the rifle on a Monday and I received it back on the Friday of that week..fantastic service...the notes when it came back indicated they "adjusted the barrel" and test fired it. The sights are now again centered , hopefully its fixed. I havent had a chance to fire it myself but am fully confident it is corrected. They even include a Ruger silicone cloth in the box.
