As long as I am P***** off about the wife's situation, I thought I might as well take it out on the gun so, I purchased a HI-VIZ sight for my P-90 front sight. I THOUGHT that the two roll pins were 1/16", just knock them out, put a 1'16' drill bit on and make the holes through, put a little lock tight on, tap the 1/16" pins back in WA LA all done, but I started and the TWO roll pins in the sight/gun DO NOT LOOK LIKE 1/16", they look more like 3/64" instead. Anyone done this??? do I have to drill out the holes to 1/16 and then try to find new roll pins??? Where could I even find a 3/64" punch anyway???

I changed my P90 front sight sometime back, but I can't remember exactly which tools I used. I have a set of roll pin punches with the smallest size being 1/16". It looks correct, but it's hard to tell comparing to the pins (I believe the pin ends are tapered). The only other punch I may have used is sized .050"

When I drilled my sight I did it with the sight in the gun; drilling part way from one side, then the other.
