I bought a Power Custom hammer and trigger from a member here, and I read that you have to modifly the transfer bar for it to work. He didn't have the instructions but he said his worked as is.
I know someone here has installed the kit, do you have to modifly the transfer bar?
If someone has a copy of the instructions showing the mods could you e-mail them to me, thanks in advance. [email protected]

Maybe mentioning the model of firearm would help to get a reply faster?

It involves setting the interlock surface of the transfer bar down a bit.
Call power custom and ask them for the instructions.
Mr. Power has been great to talk to every time I have dealt with him.

To me, a much simpler fix is to remove the "half round" portion of the loading gate stem. That eliminates any interaction between the loading gate and operation of the hammer.

I always do that to my loading gates when I do my "homeboy" half cock kit so the hammer can be manipulated while the loading gate is open.

I believe there is more than one way to "skin a cat".
