Need smith to remove PC9 front sight, recommendations?

I have a pc9 I want to push the front sight back and thread the barrel 1/2-28 to hang a suppressor off of.

Can anyone recommend a smith that is a ruger specialist? I took to a well respected local smith and he had it 4 months before I got it back with a I can't get the front sight off story.

Help?
