The gun functions perfectly until it gets to the last round of the magazine then a failure to feed? Round gets stuck cockeyed. Every time if not every other time. Every round before that feeds fine and shoots straight. I only have 2 mags for the gun but it does it for both. Any suggestions?

I'm no expert but I thought I read some place that the metal type follower can cause this if it is bent etc. Does yours have the metal follower or the plastic?
If metal I know Ruger sells them cheap.

I've been having problems with a last round jam with my P345. I called Ruger about it and Joe told me to try raising the angle of the bullet guide in the magine. He said that this procedure fixed 80% of the problems. So I gave it a try. At the range today I loaded 3 rounds in the magazine - no jam. I shot about 25 magazines this way without one failure. I was experiencing about a 30% jam rate (out of 10 magazines shot 3 would jam on the last round). So I think I fixed the problem.

PS. Take the magazine apart and bend the bullet guide (correctly called magazine follower) up 3/8" if I recall correctly. I think I have the exact measurements taken by my caliper somewhere. Let me know if you need for me to look for them.
I had exact same problem with two magazines and the new one I bought. Jammed on the last round 95% of the time. Gunsmith replaced long spring over barrel and has worked flawlessly since. Not sure if it's your problem but one to consider. He said if the gun stays chambered open for extended periods over time, it causes spring compression.
