It is a Chambers late Ketland. I modified the lock plate some to better fit the style of rifle. Rounded the tail and thinned a little. I like Chambers locks. Not a lot of tuning is needed. I'll pass along the praises for the Chambers locks to my son's FIL,,, Jim. My DIL is a sweetheart & a smart lady. She runs a lot of the office stuff for them.

They function fine and are accurate but not much to look at. This is number 16 I believe. Still make mistakes but am better at hiding them or working around them.
