YOUR topic is named "Latest projects" and most projects have a list of tasks. I was asking what you're dong to repair, improve, modify, etc. the holster shown.

A project, to me, is designing a new holster for a specific pistol/revolver. My next, possible, project is an IWB for a friend's 2 x 4 (Glock).

As for what goes into a holster. Select the thickness of leather, make a pattern, trace pattern onto the leather (rough side), cut rough leather close to the pattern (allow for minor changes if needed later), scribe the lacing area, layout and punch the lacing holes, decide what (if any) design will be used then make measurements to and layout to stamp it. Dampen the leather and stamp the design. Allow to dry then dye (inside and out). Allow dye to dry. Lace the leather. Place whatever gun the holster is for in two or three plastic bags, thoroughly wet the item and insert the gun in the holster and mold it as necessary. Allow to completely dry. Remove gun from bags and insert in the finished "project".

I just wanted to know what needed done to the holster as a project when it looks fine... because it's the only picture I can see in this topic. Explain. 
BEAUTIFUL job! BTW- I bought an Armalite trigger guard laser site for my .380 and .22 LR LCPs. They make for all types. Anyway, I can use the same holsters. The holster was re-designed to fit the red dot sight. The first holster I made for it was built prior to the red dot being installed.When someone writes "another project" then shows something that looks done, I ask what the tasks are. The portion between the line and the holster had to be removed and restitched to properly fit the red dot sight.
