Front or rear stud, or both? I have removed and glued rear studs in place using epoxy. A rather permanent fix that cant easily be undone but will prevent future loosening.
On front studs ,where the stud is threaded into a nut inside the barrel channel and not directly into the wood, usually just another half or full turn will tighten them and a small drop of glue on the threads inside the barrel channel will prevent them from future loosening.
