I have a nib 22-22mag. Model 00669 thinking of selling this no ideal what they are worth help would be appreciated. This is high polish stainless with white grips birdshead grip frame.
I’d say the guy who got the one for $800 got a good deal, relatively speaking.
The ones with the faux ivory grips were part of a run of 450, IIRC.
Black gripped version was part of a second run of 650 guns, IIRC.
A collector might pay a premium for the ivory grips, but for a shooter, I don’t see a difference.
(In fact, I bought black grips for my ivory gripped copy.)
I’m just glad that I was able to get one here from Mike (acrylictnk) when they came out, at a great price!
