MKII Front Site help please

I put this in the Smithing section too but it might get more looks here.

The factory front site screw works lose after 100 rounds or so. Is this something you'd hit with blue Loc-Tite? Replace the screw or site?

Degrease the threads of the hole and the screw and use blue Loctite or threadlocker. I had to do that on the rear sight set screw on my MKll Competition. Problem solved.
