MK-series front sight dovetail?

I recently discovered that not all gun sight companies are able to cut a front sight dovetail in the round barrel of a MKIV.
I would appreciate any referrals to a gunsmith capable of doing the job.

I would imagine (based on my personal machining experience) that any gunsmith with a vertical mill could do the job. All they would need in addition is the dovetail cutter and a couple indicating tools. Too bad SGW gunsmith passed away, since he seemed to specialize in that kind of job.

Based on the advice here I've started working with a good general gunsmith to get the work done when he can work me in.
