Mk.2 Slab Side barrel.......

I see one for sale which has grooves running the full length of the bottom sides of the barrel for attaching a light. Is this a standard feature or were these added? S/N is 211-78XXX. Dave

I've never seen a factory rail job on a MKII.

Me neither, and I'm not aware of any distributor models that had that feature. I'd have to speculate at this point, without seeing pictures, that the grooves were added.
