Wonder what happened to "What's his Name" 737 that worked for Southwest Airlines and was rebuilding his house ? He's been missing for a long time.

737TDI or TDI737, don't remember which. Dave told me, about a year ago, that he was very busy building a house and just didn't have the time to stop by. Haven't heard from him since.

Another that dropped off the Earth is "cruzerlou". I phoned him and left a message. I also 'texted' him and no reply from either.

Deputydawg,,, is a LEO,, and wasn't as active as cruzerlou,, but both were from the same area. He most likely just stopped posting due to work & all.

wizofwas,,, from what I understand had his computer die & hasn't replaced it yet.

RancherWill,,, I do hope he's ok,,, as well as RugerRandy.

Tried to contact 'wizofwas' via phone. No reply yet, but he never seemed to be in a hurry for any reason, so patience is a virtue.

Last I heard, Karl was building a house while his wife was getting used to her new hip. I dunno if she was gonna have them both done or not. Txts to the number I have went unanswered. From what I know of Karl, I'd guess he's gonna do as much on the house as he can by himself. That's a lot of work, but Karl's a Marine thru and thru, so no hill's too big for a climber!

I haven't kept up with the Rangers this year, but I'd imagine they've caught a lot of home games, maybe some travel games, too. Hope they're both doing well.

Yeah,737tdi. I knew he was a 737 mechanic and asked what the tdi meant (at the ranch back in 2012). He pointed to the back of his car;it was a turbo diesel intercooled VW.

Sadly, it seems that all forums go through a life cycle and eventually seem to disappear. When key and active members stop partipating, overall interest drops and soon the forum is a barren desert. Maybe without an imminent threat to gun rights, as we felt was present during the Obama years, gun owners are content to not communicate via the internet.

I met Karl once. I had one of those car top carriers I was selling and he wanted to buy it. He drove up to my house and brought some guns to show off. He was a real nice guy. He drove this giant pick up truck, a Ford F-350 or F-450...something monstrous anyway.

Yeah, he was doing some sort of home building down where he lives out in the country, not sure where....Out of Dallas, I know that for sure.
