Mini 30

Would a 1990 Mini 30 have the scope ring cuts in the receiver for the Ruger rings? Thanks for any info.

I've never seen a Mini-30 that didn't.
As I recall, they are all of the "Ranch Rifle" varity.

I think DGW1949 is right... I was going to say as long as it is a Ranch model it should have the ring indents in the receiver.... but since as far as I know all 30's were Ranch models.... it should. If it has the little flip up rear peep sight and not a adjustable rear sight (standard model) then that is a Ranch model.

Thanks guys. I was pretty sure that all Mini-30s were ranch configuration. I have someone wanting to sell one but he could not send pics and was clueless trying to describe the receiver. I did not want to make a long drive not knowing if it was set up for a scope.
