Despite some salty thread comments back and forth, we had some very amicable private discussions about shared interests and experiences. Last PM was about St Paddy's Day. No replies since then . A good man and a fellow veteran!!

My condolences to his friends and family. I can remember his posts as long as I’ve been here. We agreed on a lot or so I usually enjoyed his posts.

As stated above it is sad win a well-known member of the forum dies. I have experienced this on other forms as well. I also find it interesting to put a face to the name only because he met his fate. In his case I always figured he was the guy in his avatar.

RIP Snake45! I’ll miss your posts and I hope there’s endless ammo in heaven.

I just found this. So sad to read, as I've "known" Snake45 for many years across a few good forums. I think I first "met" him on the very badly missed Gun Zone Forum ran by Dean Speir.
As Dean passed a couple years before, along with Gun Zone regular Charlie Petty, I bet they are having long and very interesting talks in heaven now.
