Memphis BBQ again........

Last Thursday a local Memphis BBQ establishment, the Cozy Corner, suffered a fire.

As firemen entered and told the customers to evacuate the place, the place is on fire. Customers replied:

"Well, put it out. We're eating."

That's Memphis BBQ dedication. Plus faith in the Memphis Fire Department.

I tried to get fancy and figure out to merge some of Bobs historical comments on Memphis BBQ with the current ( 5/26) Texas BBQ threads but the best I could figure out was reviving this thread.
