Mark III / Houge?

Looking at my LGS at this NIB Mark III, MK512111M. (Model# 10130 I beleive), But this gun has rubber wrap around Houge's on it, Not alumium? It's 5 1/2" bull barrel, matte blue. I was looking on line to compare prices and can't find this particular gun at all. The Houge's have the Ruger emblem on it. Anybody know of this gun?

A local store here has one for $389. Pretty cool gun. I fell for the Mark III stainless instead.
