Not sure on MkII, but I recently searched and found Buds Gun Shop could ship me 10 22/45 mags for a little less than anyone else I could find ($171 shipped IIRC).
For the 10 round 10/22 mags, I really like the clear ones, although they get a little smokey looking after some use. But now that Ruger is selling 25's I may never buy another 10 round.

If you're not in a hurry, Midway seems to put Ruger mags on sale every other month, same with Beretta's. That's where I got all my mags. I haven't looked to see if Rugers are on sale this month, you might be lucky. Even not, Midway's regular prices and shipping are hard to beat.
