BX-15 mag pouch

I prefer BX-15 magazines for my 10-22 but I needed some way to carry them. I stumbled on an effective and inexpensive solution - a military surplus 40mm grenade pouch for $5.29+tax with free shipping from eBay.

The 40mm grenade pouch has two compartments, which are tubes open at both the top and bottom. The top of each compartment is slightly larger than the bottom, preventing the curved BX-15 magazines from falling through as straight pistol magazines will. Nevertheless, the compartments are snug enough to hold the BX-15 mags securely and the restraining straps are the perfect length to snap in place to retain the magazines.

I use the single pouches for my flashlight. They hold up well. Someitimes need a little 'pucker stith'

Haha - my mom used to haul me to garage sales every weekend ... and I hated it. My only reprieve was from finding things she could buy cheap and repurpose; once her garage sale money was spent we could go home.
