Magazine loaders?

OK my friends I need some input on magazine loaders for my Ruger LCP and LC9. Which one's are proven to work?

UpLula. Works on single or double stack 9mm thru .45. Really a nice tool. Amazon.com had the best price when I was looking. Ed.

If you haven't got the message from the other two gents...the Uplula magazine loader (I own two) is the greatest timersaver and thumbsaver there is.Simple to use,built like a Ruger,I would say it is the best money spent if you own a semi automatic handgun.

I buy HK plastic thumb-loaders- only $10, you slip the mag in there, push the thumb-bar and slide a round in.

I can tell you they come with all of the SR versions, no idea about the LC series.

My LCP, bought brand new, didn't come with a mag loader. The LCP mags are a bear to load without a loader. I can only get 4 rounds in before it becomes a lesson to learn not cuss while attempting to load those last 2 rounds. :x

Yes, they work and are inexpensive but are pretty much gun/magazine specific so if you own several pistols, you need a collection of them.

The Uplula is a one-size-fits-all. It loads 9mm,.40 and .45 single and double stack magazines from all manufactures. It even handles .380 mags if they aren't too short but, even then, I expect you could rig a spacer to make them sit up high enough.

The one that says 'fits most 9mm' fits both my S&W and Ruger. They have model-specific ones I think, bu some models fit more than one.

I have some hand injuries on both hands. the LCP is tuffer than the lc9 my wife cannot load them!

My SR9 and SR9c came with their own loaders but the UpLula works many times better.

For single stack 9mm and 380 Auto, you might check the Baby Uplula. Not quite so much wiggle. I have one of each (original and baby). Great pieces of kit.

And if you load AR mags, the Uplula loader for .223 is great fun! Very ingenious device.

Uplula.. ruger sent me a free on whent he SR-9 first came out.. It works well and can do 380 to 45 with no adjustment.

Yep! UpLula mag loader does a fantastic job for my Bersa .380 and Ruger SR9c, works well.

Don't believe you will find a better one
