Made a holster for my SR9C

I decided to start making the holsters I need instead of buying them. So, today I finished this holster for my SR9c. This is the 5th holster I made.

The workmanship appears to be excellent, but I have one question about the design: would it be a good idea to cover up the whole area that the trigger is in, or is it sufficient to cover most of it?

Before I set out to make any holsters, I went on to every holster maker's site I could find. Almost none had the trigger guard completely covered. I have tried to reach the trigger on this holster; there is no way I can.
Keep in mind, the deeper the gun goes in, the less there is to grab also.
Check other holsters; you will see that the amount of trigger guard covered on mine, is sufficient.


BTW~ I forgot to mention that this design allows me to convert from IWB to a belt holster simply by reversing the back loop.

Thanks for explaining this design feature! Now that I think about it, it would be really hard to draw a gun if the whole trigger guard is covered.

You could probably sell holsters that nice, if you enjoy the work. =)

I live close to Kramer Holsters and I just lent them my SR9c to make a cast of in-order to support holsters for it. They should have them avalible within 30 days.

They make a great holster and also have a Facebook account.
