I will try and make this story short. Recently we were packing up our house as we were selling it and moving to a new home. I found a grey Ruger box that had some weight to it and discovered an upper for a MK II bull barrel. I vaguely remember buying it several years ago from a member of my gun club. I think I gave him 50 dollars for the upper with no bolt and the box.

Deciding to make the gun "whole" I have located a bolt that seems to function. l also purchased a stripped lower that locked right into the upper with no filing on my part. Now I need the parts for the lower. I have contacted Ruger and obtained a list of the parts they have to offer however for some reason I am having issues getting them to email me the cost for these parts. I really would like to do this on the cheap without having to spend hundreds of dollars in aftermarket parts kits from Volquartsen etc. Does anyone have a source for Ruger parts for a MK II? I know I will have to buy the mainspring housing from someone else as Ruger will not sell that unless you send the gun in for a factory install. I have exhausted my Google skills and have found a few small parts here and there bit do need the pins etc for the gun.

I have also posted this on a couple of other forums. any help is appreciated.

Have you checked the Classified section here? There's routinely pistol parts up for sale just have to keep an eye out, and/or put a WTB ad there.

You might check in with Xsales as he's always dabbling in auto pistol parts.

I attached a Pic of the frame, upper etc

As noted,, you may be able to post a WTB ad here in our Classifieds,, once you get more than 10 posts. (The post counts is to help keep scammers & such from easily suckering people here.)

And of course,, there are the places suggested above that may also allow you to get what you need.

The MKII in that 5.5" bull barrel is a great gun!

I admire your optimism but maybe some altruistic individual with a deep parts stash will help you out. There are a lot of good folks here but you're looking for over 20 parts. I would recommend that unless it has an iron clad pedigree, you not use a used hammer or sear, but that's just me. YMMV

VERY common for complete parts sets to be listed on eBay. I think people buy "decomissioned" firearms and sell off the parts in lots. Should be very simple to find what you need, likely all in one listing.
