So the 480 SBH Bisley in 4-5/8" tube size has been on Lipseys sight for a couple weeks with the 454 to soon follow allegedly.
My question is does anyone know when these will actually be available?
Or does anyone even care?

I for one want one to accompany the 6.5" I already have

I care, but if I bought every pistol and rifle that Lipsey's / Ruger came out with I'd be broke!!!

Guess I'll hafta squeak by with my Lipsey's BH .44 Spl.......

Not smart enough to post the link,
Go to the lipseys site use the firearms finder it's an easy to use drop down menu
Anyways first drop down go to Ruger, second drop down go to Bisley series and hit display items and you will be there

Ya personally I need to hit the lottery or something,
The .44 Spl is a great product you did good there

I have the .480 Alaskan. And the .480 6.5" Bisley Blackhawk. A 4 5/8ths sounds very tempting to me.

I somehow managed to go all 2016 without buying a gun... at this point, Ruger has come out with several that are tempting. This new short .480. The smaller grip short barreled Redhawks (especially the .41 Mag), the GP-100 in .44 Special, several little variations on the Bearcat I don't own. I may have to try to buy two this year anyway.

Try this one: http://www.lipseys.com/itemdetail.aspx?itemno=RUKRBS-4-PT If you pay attention to Jeff Quins Gun Blast internet magazine, he did some stuff on the shot show including talking to Jason at Lipseys. They are going to make a huge dent in my gun budget the first few months of the year. Including the 4-5/8" 480, they are doing a shorty 45 Colt/45ACP cylinders that are going to get me all excited, and I think a flat top stainless 44 special as well. Look up Gunblast and the shot show and you will be pretty thrilled with the new items they are going to be coming out with, plus what others presented at SHOT.

http://www.gunblast.com/SHOT_Show_2017.htm Scroll down to day 2, and you will see the Lipsey's stuff. But the whole thing is worth watching.

A 4 5/8" .454 Casull has been on mind a lot recently for a custom revolver, this could make it easier but I DO NOT like the Bisley grip frame but that could be easily remedied. I want a 4 5/8" .454 just like my 4 5/8" SBH only with a few additional touches.
