my lc9s u.s.a. magazine wull not stay in the gun. Will Ruger replace it for me under the gun warranty.

Rugers don't have any warranty but Ruger does stand behind there guns. Call them.

Seriously, I had the same issue with the USA made magazine that came with mine when I had it. Had four Italian mags and they worked fine. My USA mag didn't drop under recoil as some report, but it would release in my IWB holster every time I turned my torso to get in or out of the car.
