Just got a 3" .357 SP101 from Buds. The grip screw was drilled at a very slight angle causing the knurled end to be cocked. Not a big deal but enough to bother me.

Email to Ruger answered the next day saying they'd send another grip. Arrived two days later.

No questions asked. Didn't even ask for a sales receipt.

Oh yeah, and it's a fantastic revolver.
