I have only used Ruger customer service twice, (once years ago for a Red Label 28 gauge) and just a few weeks ago for a Wrangler.
The Wrangler was pretty stiff in the cylinder freewheel every once in a while, and I noticed the bluing on the cylinder was splotchy looking. Printed the label, shipped it to Prescott and got it back to my door in ten days. They replaced the cylinder and hammer. Not one bit of hassle.
It's a low priced revolver but it's a great plinker for kids.
I've owned many Rugers since the late 60's. Still have a '66 Blackhawk three screw and a '68 10/22 Deluxe with an old Bushnell Banner (it's correct for the vintage) in Weaver rings/base. B
