K-1H-BBZ .416 Ruger?

Hmmm. Was kind of shocked by this one, but my email this morning says Davidson's has four of them. This is kind of unusual as the K-1H-BBZ was discontinued a few years ago and this is the first I've ever heard of one of those in .416 Ruger.
Anybody got an example they'd like to report? I can use sn info for the reference.

I know very little about #1s but I saw those:
(4) Stainless #1 Tropicals in .416 Ruger and
(3) Blue #1 Tropicals in .416 Ruger.
WOW they look sharp. Is that what you saw Chet??

Yes, that's it. The blue version is cataloged but not the stainless laminate. I smell a RARE gun! Being a "big" bore, discontinued model series and the fact that the .416 Ruger caliber may not stand the test of time, this one will probably be a good one to get.

Looks just like my #1 in 375 Ruger. It is a special for Talo. I believe there are six in Alberta.
She shoots as good as she looks, with iron sights. Put a Falcon 1.5 x 5 scope on her, but have not had a chance to shoot

So you have a K1H-BBZ in .416 Ruger? Again, was surprised Ruger came out with that one. Can you please send me a PM on the particulars of your rifle including sn so we can document the model in the reference? With the publicity, can make your rifle worth quite a bit more than it is right now.
Blkhawk73 you hear of this from TALO? Guess that would explain a limited production...its a special distributor model???

Chet: There are two on Gun Broker in the single shot section.

Auction #176886312 Ruger #1 K1-H-BBZ showing the end of the box with that designation and then on the end of the box S 416 Ruger.

It does appear to be a shorter barrels "S" rather than an "H" with the heaavier barrel.

The price is $800 with a buy it now of $850. If I liked stainless more and big bores at all I'd be sorely tempted given what you say about rarity.

Still waiting for Ruger to respond on the 257 serial numbers and then will send them to you with dates.
