hi, cant post pics at the time. but i just picked up a shooter H&R model 422 pump 22. can anyone supply any info on this particular firearm...value,manufacture dates,etc. thanks chris
The H&R Model 422 was made from 1954 to 1958. 21 shot tube magazine. Some production was made with Noble Firearms (later production 1956-1958). Value is:
$325 in excellent to $175 in 80% condition.
Based on the book "A Short Illustrated History of The Harrington & Richardson Arms Company", The Noble production would be marked Noble on the barrel address. Noble was a off-spin Company from H&R employees. Noble made the Model 422 and the 424 bolt rifle also. Yours sounds like it is H&R.
