I worked with a fellow that developed an infallible forward looking context sensitive speech recognition engine but when they tried to license it, nobody wanted to pay. It can be done but the effort would be a big one.

I don't need spellcheck. In fact it's usually wrong. But many do need help. If software is meant to help it should help.

It is amazing how many today do not use proper tense, punctuation, and rely on spell check to fix their problem.
Lets eat Grandma vs Lets eat, Grandma. I HAVE seen something vs I saw something vs I see something, Speling is not always correct either with out spell check.

Well, that is your opinion and IMHO it SUCKS.
In my case I have always hated spelling so therefore I'm probably the world's worst at spelling. In the past I have been too embarrassed to write anything, when I did, I had to spend a lot of time looking up the correct spelling in the dictionary. If it wasn't for spellcheck, I would not have become a member of this great Forum.
Now with spellcheck this 82-year-old gets to tell you what I think about your post.
