Our friend Bob Campbell passed away three years ago, October 21, 3013. Many of us miss him nearly every day. He was a true gentleman and a Ruger aficionado of the first degree.

And we lost another good Ruger friend and one of Bob's favorites, Tommy Braden just a couple of weeks ago.

Send up a prayer for them if you are so inclined.

RIP, guys . . . you will not soon be forgotten.

Just today I was looking at some photos I have of Bob and one of his "BBQ" guns. I only had the pleasure of meeting him twice, both at the Eastern Ruger Gathering at Contenders. Great gentleman.

We have lost several good Ruger folks over the years. And,, I know there will be more. I knew Bob,,, Tom, as well as a few others who have gone on to the big gun show where they can rub elbows with Bill & tell him how much they enjoyed his firearms. We mere humans are to wait our turn,,, but we don't forget them.
