Its been a long time since I've posted on this forum. I used to be a P Series nut with a P90, P97, and a couple P95s. Then I lost interest when i got into the CZ75, then Sig Sauer, then XD, and finally went full retard with Glock.
Well. A few weeks ago I went to a small gun show where there was a vendor that was selling guns from someones estate. I picked up a Glock 21 (which I've been searching a long time for) for a great price, and then the next day this Ruger American for $320
Its missing the small back strap and all the papers. But for the price I wasn't concerned. I thought I'd just shoot it a couple times to try it out, and then sell or trade it off. I could at least get my money back.
But after getting back from the second range trip with it I don't think I can part with it. The first time I wasn't to impressed. It shot well but not as well as the G21. This time (after some dryfire practice). They both were punching the same little ragged holes in the target. But the RAP does it with a much better ergonomic grip.
Now I got to figure out what other gun to sell to make up for my loss.
