I've been watching this series on Netflix. Based in NWT Canada,they fly DC-3s/4s,C-46s,Electras and some others...Yellow Knife to points north,mostly. There's the usual canned drama to fill in the blanks.

That show made it's run here two or three years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Just makes you want to go up there and hand in an employment application, doesn't it? 8)

I believe Evins was operating a 4 engined recip DC 6? Back in 2010 from An orange to Kotzebue etc. FAA made them scrap it due to old.

We had a borate bomber DC6 tanker (might have been a 7) based here this summer. She sure sounded good going over our house, a real golden oldie sound.
