Made in 76. If I had seen it in that condition then I would have dropped over $1K on it easily. And I probably would not be shooting it. My dad had a blued one I shot several times many years ago which reminds me why I do not like to shoot black powder when I think about it. Still I always thought a SS one would be nice.

Good deal on a great gun! That's a beauty. I'd have to shoot it; I always wanted one of those, but I thought they'd be in the catalog forever...

One day maybe I'll find one that nice.

I have the same gun, SN7XXX, that I purchased NIB for $160 and of course that was back in January 1977. I shoot it often and it still looks very good. Ruger stainless pistols wear well. Nice find, enjoy it.
