My daughter, Linda, is back at home in Twin City, Ga. When I first talked to the doctor there, he painted a bleak outlook as to the damage the stroke had done. I posted here on the Ruger Forum, and many offered prayers in her behalf. God heard, and answered those prayers, and a miracle has been wrought. She has a way to go yet, but a miracle none the less.

The overwhelming thing, too, was the response I got from Ruger Forum members. I have had many, many, offers of prayers. Men whom I never met offered money should I need it for travel expenses. One man even went to visit her in the hospital. There is no way I can ever express my gratitude to you all for your expressions. My heart wells up in my chest at the kindnesses shown and expressed here.

Thank you all.

Bob,,, a devout man like you should not be surprised at the power of prayer. But,,, I can say I have witnessed many times here the power & how good it has been.
To hear the good news makes me smile,,, and know that y'all are still in my daily prayers.

This is the forum that I go to when I need to be with good people.... Glad to hear our prayers are working....

Bob, we are all so glad your sister is back home and on the way to recovery. Thank you for giving us the privilege of being involved by letting us know how we could pray. I pray her recover continues and that you get to see her soon.

Glad to hear that your daughter is doing better.

I to have noticed that this forum seems to have more caring people than any other forum I've been on. When someone is down people seem to put their differences aside and offer up prayers and help as if they were life long friends. I guess you could say it's like family.

This forum in unique. When my father in law got flooded out many here offered gun books and videos to replace some of what he lost. The Karma give aways have been a lot of fun too. Helping Aminah get a new computer a few years back was fun also. Just a great group. Glad to offer the prayers Bob, Its just what friends do.

Very glad to hear Linda is feeling much better...prayers are a great thing and this Forum has the greatest people on the internet to get their prayers out to the Almighty.
