^^^This. I'm 72 and beginning to struggle with balance at times. Wierd because I was always the one walking on the edge of a cliff, etc. Now I have to use the rail on the stairs instead of carrying a huge box full of stuff up or down the stairs.

I'm starting to notice that I can't quite do the same things I could 20-30 years ago.

In the 60s we were told not to trust anyone over 30.
Today, anyone under 60 is suspect.

I don't act my age because I don't how. I have never been this age before. I'm 74 but over all all I feel like God has been good to me. I have arthritis in the ankles which surgery is in my future and I suffer from pretty severe asthma. Lots of meds keep it under control. I am a grown up. Every morning I get up I groan.

That might be because they might be the "Plastic Fantastic" generation and have yet to realize and come to respect the firearms that led to what is being made today.

I'm a Pre-WW2 model born in 1941; 83 years old now and aiming to set the family record at 103. Had Great Aunt that made it to 102+ and my Uncle hit 101 and died disappointed as he wanted to out live his Aunt. On the other side, had a Great Grandma that was WELL over 100; Talked about crossing the prairies in a covered wagon and living in a sod hut, prairie grass taller than a man's head (Okla, Mo ); Mom made it to 96, so I got a pretty decent history !!
