Help me decide about this brass

I went out to the range after deer season and found this 30-06 brass. I cleaned and resized it. It had a bump down hear the base before and after sizing. You can see and feel it. I checked the inside of the case with a bent paperclip and then with a flashlight--there is no bump or groove on the inside. So what is this bump from? (irregular chamber?) and is it safe to load?

That is where the sizing die stops just before the solid base.

Thats it- The line, or bump, is where the hollow part stops and the case becomes solid. It is always easier to see after resizing.
